Thank you for emailing us on the 3rd of May advising me of the problem that occurred while you were in our store. I am sorry that this behavior has happened while you were shopping in our store, there is no excuse for the lack of respect that was shown
The employee has been given a stern warning and has been given further customer service training.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience by offering you a $50 voucher which can be used in any department of our store.
